What we collect

How we use it
To provide warranty support, send a warranty certificate, deliver your personalised install guide, and (with consent) send a follow-up check-in and a review request.
IP geolocation
We detect your country code from your IP address to suggest the right Amazon marketplace. This is processed server-side and stored as a two-letter country code only — never as a full IP address.
Email communications
We always send a warranty confirmation. Optional follow-up emails are only sent if you tick the marketing consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
